Special 3-day Museum Package at Ambassador Hotel in the Heart of Paris

More than 40 % Savings Over Usual Cost.

Free admission to more than 70 museums and monuments is included in a specially-priced 3-day package offered at Concorde Group’s 4-star Ambassador Hotel, located in the historic heart of Paris. The package saves more than 40 % over the normal (rack) room rate and provides three days of free, unlimited visits to the Louvre, Orsay, Picasso and Rodin Museums, to name just a few.

Offered through the end of 2006, this “Discover Paris Museum” package includes three nights in a double superior room, breakfast each morning, two Paris Museum Cards for 3 consecutive days (each valued at 36 Euros/$42 US at press time), two tickets for a cruise on the Seine, plus a 10% discount card at the renowned Galeries Lafayette department store – all for 615 Euros ($ 725 US at press time) for the entire package. This compares with the usual cost of 1,080 Euros ($1,267 US) rack rate for 3 nights in a double superior room (each night is 360 Euros/$422 US).

Welcoming Americans since 1927

Americans have been warmly welcomed at the Ambassador since 1927, when the newly opened hotel hosted the reception for Charles Lindbergh, after his historic trans-Atlantic flight. Completely refurbished three years ago, the 300-room hotel boasts a locally-popular gourmet restaurant, “16 Haussmann”, under the supervision of Chef Michel Hache, formerly an instructor at Cordon Bleu, as well as the casual “Lindbergh” bar.

Decorated in a mixture of Haussmann elegance, roaring 20’s antiques and contemporary chic, the hotel has a new fitness center and business center.

Located steps away from the Opéra, Louvre, Marais district and major department stores, as well as the Bourse and many financial institutions. Four 19th-century “passages” or shopping galleries are also nearby, filled with unique shops for those seeking true Parisian style.
