At 674,843 square kilometres, France is the world's 40th-largest country after Myanmar. France is a member of The European Union and Paris is the capital of this nation. The sole official language of France is French. Since prehistoric times, France has been a crossroads of trade, migrations, and invasions.
 
Saint-Laurent-du-Var is a town and commune in southeast France, in the department of Alpes-Maritimes and the Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur region, on the French Riviera. It is the second-largest suburb of the city of Nice, and lies adjacent to it on the west side on the other side of the river Var. On the beach, facilities for the phsyically challenged are provided. St. Laurent is home to the CAP 3000, the largest shopping mall of the Cote d'Azur. The airport of Nice is very close.

Alpes-Maritimes is a department in the extreme southeast corner of France. The Romans already had a province called Alpes Maritimae as early as 7 BC, Before Christ. Its capital was Cemenelum, today Cimiez, a neighborhood in the north of Nice. Due to its many historic events and places it has been one of the favorite destinations of visitors. Saint-Laurent-du-Var is one of the most visited countries. It is also said the place of best geographical environment and can trace its origins back to prehistoric times.
