Roubaix is a city of northern France, in the Nord department, located near the cities of Lille and Tourcoing and the Belgian border. The land area of the city is 13.23 square kilometers. The total population recorded in 1999 was 96,984. The density of population in 1999 was 7,330 per square kilometer. There are many sights famous in the Roubaix.
