Oullins

Oullins is a commune in the department of Rhone and the Rhone-Alpes region of France. It is a suburb of the city of Lyon, and is adjacent to it on the southwest. It is a member of the metropolitan Urban Community of Lyon. In the 1999 census, Oullins had a population of twenty five thousand one hundred and thirteen. Rhone is a French departement located in the central Eastern region of Rhone-Alpes. It is named after the Rhone River.
