France, officially the French Republic, is a country whose metropolitan territory is located in Western Europe and comprises various overseas islands and territories which are located in other regions. Eaubonne is a municipality in the northern suburban area of Paris in France. It is located 10 miles from the center of Paris and is twinned with Matlock. It is served by Ermont station, an interchange station on Paris line on the Transilien Paris. Its Nord suburban railway line on the Transilien Paris connects the Saint-Lazare suburban rail line. This station is situated on the edge between Eaubonne and Ermont, on the Ermont side of the border. It has an area of 4.42 square kilometer and a population of 22,882 inhabitants as per the 1999 census, thus its population density is 5,177 inhabitants per square.
 
Eaubonne is also served by Champ de Courses d'Enghien station on the Transilien Paris Nord suburban rail line. It is situated on the corner between Eaubonne and the commune of Soisy-sous-Montmorency, on the border of Soisy-sous-Montmorency border. Val-d'Oise is a French department named after the Oise River, located in the Ile-de-France region.
 
Eaubonne is the center of a large agricultural area, and other household products as well as clothing, which are sold at the street market on the Boulevard des Lices every Saturday. It is said that the place has a good geographical environment and can trace its origins back to prehistoric times. It enjoys a very positive reputation with worldwide travelers. It is often regarded as among the most beautiful parts of France, it is one of the most visited places amongst the most die-hard travelers the world over.
