Combs-la-Ville is served by the Quincy station of Combs-la-Ville on the Paris Railway line D. The population of the city as of March 8, 1999 is 21,978 people. Seine-et-Marne is a French departement, named after the Seine and Marne rivers and located in the Ile-de-France region.
