Bron

France, officially the French Republic, is a country whose metropolitan territory is located in Western Europe and comprises various overseas islands and territories which are located in other regions. Metropolitan France extends from the Mediterranean Sea to the English Channel and the North Sea and from the Rhine to the Atlantic Ocean. At 674,843 square kilometers, France is the world's 40th-largest country after Myanmar. France is a member of The European Union and Paris is the capital of this nation. The sole official language of France is French. Since prehistoric times, France has been a crossroads of trade, migrations, and invasions.

Bron is a new town in France, approximately 10 kilometers to the east of Lyon. It is a commune Rhone department and the Rhone-Alpes region of France. It is the sixth-largest suburb of the city of Lyon and is adjacent to its east side. It is a component of the metropolitan Urban Community of Lyon. The earliest traces of life in Bron can be found in the cemetery and date from 71 BC.

Bron was spared much of the damage due to the riots in many of France's suburbs in the 1990s, such as in Venissieux and Villeurbanne. The town is 212 meters above sea level and has an area of roughly 10 square kilometers. Bron has a fort erected between 1872 and 1876. An airport has existed in the town since 1920, although much of its commercial activity was diverted to Satolas Saint-Exupery International Airport, Lyon's main airport, in 1975.

Bron is also known as the town of best geographical environment and has traced its origins back to prehistoric times. Today, one can also learn about its history, from its earliest times and can also enjoy its natural beauty concealed by the beautiful landscapes.
